What are the measurements of each suitcase?

28” TACH HARD – Case – 28” x 18.5” x 12 Overall – 30.5” x 19.5” x 12” 10.5 lbs.
24” TACH HARD – Case-24” x 16.5” x 10.5” Overall – 27” x 17.5” x 10.5” 8.5 lbs.

How do I open my TSA Lock?

Set the code to 0-0-0 and push the slide bar. There are directions inside each case that tell you how to change your code.

Where can I find the pulling strap?

The pulling strap will be in one of the pockets of your large suitcase.

How do the bags connect?

We use touch fasteners which are very similar to Velcro. They have a strong holding power but peel apart easily.

Do all TACH V3 bags have the 5 interior?

Yes. Additionally the Carry-on has a 6th pocket for your favorite power bank.

Are you availble at retail outlets?

We are only online at this time.

Why didn't I think of this?

We can’t say, but we can assure you that getting it right was harder than it looks. The premis is simple, but it took years of research, testing and design work to create what we think is the most useful set of luggage ever made.

Does the large bag connect to the carryon bag?

Yes! The large bag and carry-on can connect together just as easily as the medium and carry-on do.

When do you recommend using the pulling strap?

Thank you for the question! The pulling strap is an important element to our system.

The pulling strap is designed to significantly reduce drag or rolling friction. The strategically placed D-ring which create a slight upward pulling angle distribute the weight evenly across all the wheels.
We have a video called “TACH Pulling Strap! It’s That Easy” if you would like to take a look. In the video, a woman is easily pulling about 300lbs of TACH and pushing a stroller at the entrance of Chicago O’hare airport.

The strap is usually not necessary with only 3 pieces of luggage, but if you are walking a long distance it rolls easier and allows you to take longer strides to cover more ground quickly. If you are pulling 4 or more connected units you will really start to notice the difference between pulling the raised handle vs using the pulling strap.

How does the set handle over uneven surfaces, carpets and curbs?

It handles well over uneven surfaces and curbs. Carpet is always more difficult with any luggage, but the pulling strap really helps with this. The pulling strap significantly reduces the pressure on the front 2 wheels and allows them to roll over pretty much anything easier. It’s a very useful option, that also lets you take longer steps without kicking your bag.

Are you able to buy locks for this luggage or are they lockable?

Yes. There are interlocking holes in the zipper that are specifically designed to hold a lock.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

Due to our automated ordering and shipping processes, online transactions typically cannot be changed or canceled after they’ve been placed.

Please note that TACH Luggage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend requiring a signature upon delivery, as it is very difficult (if not impossible) in most situations to prove whether or not the package was delivered otherwise.

For your convenience, our shipping partner Parcelforce offers a free service to hold your package at a local facility, where you may pick it up, for up to seven days.

Once you receive your tracking number, you will be able to utilize this service through the Parcelforce website.

Our Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from TACH Luggage, you may return any unused products for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returned items must be in the condition they were received in order to qualify for a full refund. We highly recommend that you are careful not to scratch, scuff, dirty or otherwise cause the item to not be in new, unused condition if you are returning it.

Please return with all the packaging and tags attached if you’d like a refund or exchange.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns, except when products are faulty. Please retain the tracking information on the package until we have confirmed receipt, in case there are any issues during delivery.

Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. Please note that requirements specific to your bank or credit card may extend this processing time.
